Tell us the problem, the users and the functions that matter most. PropertyLab builds the core functions and sets up the domain, server, database and security.

You use vibe coding to move faster.

Once the foundation is ready, we hand development back to you with clear steps for continuing. You use AI (Artificial Intelligence) to vibe code, test every function and make sure every flow reflects your idea.

A PRODUCT PEOPLE CAN EXPERIENCE

Turn the idea into a working MVP.

After continuous building and testing, you should have an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that demonstrates the core value and key flows. Wai Kit and the team then guide you through the CRADLE application.

APPLICATION + PRESENTATION

Prepare for your most important 5 minutes.

After applying, we wait for CRADLE’s response. If CRADLE accepts your idea and invites you to present, Wai Kit and the team coach you again so you are fully prepared to pursue your first RM 100,000 in funding through CRADLE CIP Spark (Cradle Investment Programme Spark).
